This week, I'm moved to share a decision with you that truly encapsulates a fundamental belief we treasure at Cladwell - the notion of less but better.

The essence of a capsule wardrobe is not simply about owning fewer items of clothing. It's about curating your closet with pieces that genuinely bring you joy. This idea involves ruthless editing, paring down to what is truly essential, and having faith that amongst it all, there in lies what you love.

It’s about simplifying your decision-making, being at ease in knowing you adore everything in your wardrobe, and that all thee items complement one another. At the heart of it all, it’s about freeing yourself to express who you are through what you wear. The act of choosing clothing shifts from a chore dominated by consumerism to an artful and intentional practice.

This philosophy is woven into the fabric of how we operate at Cladwell. The concept of 'the essential life' is reshaping our trajectory. So, in the ethos of complete openness, I'm inviting you into a change.

I've always been completely enamored with the art of writing. The process of translating my thoughts onto paper, converting perceptions into a tangible narrative, brings me immeasurable joy. "From The Founder," has been my cozy corner where I've been able to share my creative process, with the hope of creating things that truly speak to you and shed light on the experiences and feelings we all share.

Starting next month, I'll be moving "From The Founder" from a weekly format to a monthly one, arriving in your inbox on the first Friday of every month. This move allows me to dedicate more of my time and creative energy to crafting longer narratives, while still staying connected with all of you.

By holding true to our boundaries, even when it makes us uncomfortable, we ensure that our actions echo our core values. This approach is one we believe in at Cladwell, and it's with this conviction that I am modifying my routine. It's a stride towards the mantra of less is more, a step closer to my vision, and a step I hope will bring even more meaningful content to you all.

We just hit a full year since starting FTF and I want to express my deepest gratitude for the love and engagement. I am thrilled to continue writing and sharing, albeit at a different pace, but with the same, if not more, depth, heart, and intention.
